How we are available?

Totally an online firm, available on calls and emails. Works independent of geography! We deals in customizing and displaying our affordable tour packages through emails and calls.
For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.
Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.

How Payment is accepted?

We accept payment through mailing payment gateway link to our clients. The payment is totally transparent and reasonable. We accept all debit cards, credit cards, e-wallets and net banking to our payment link over the mail. You can make direct payment to our bank as well.

How secure is your payment with us?

Yes, we are committed to protecting our customer's information. Our staff of security technology professionals uses a range of the best security technology available. If I cancel a hotel or package booking, how does Royaltravelgo refund me?

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
• 60 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour / service cost
• 45 days prior to arrival: 30% of the Tour / service cost
• 30 days prior to arrival: 40% of the Tour / service cost
• 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
Cancellation Fee: Rs. 250 per pax per sector
Air Fare refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline service provider policy.

What about Privacy of travelers details?

We do not disclose the contact details of our travelers due to our privacy policy. But you can refer to our guests reviews on our Facebook, Twitter andGoogle+ page. Are you available 24X7?

We are available only from 1000 hrs upto 1830 hrs IST on calls and emails. However, for our touring guests, we have team available 24X7. Our mail id and contact details are available over the site.

Does your drivers understand English?

Not many of them can speak fluent English, but they can mostly understand the language well due to their experiences.

What would be the type of accommodation you would book for us?

We shall customize your travel plan as per your budget for your vacation. The accommodations are mostly selected by our team based on our visits and past feedbacks of our travelers. The details of the accommodations are shared with you as they are confirmed.

What if I need to customize my tour plan?

All transactions undertaken on mails and over the phone with our reservation agents are subject to our Terms & conditions. Please review these carefully prior to making bookings.
